Longparish Church Who's Who

The Rector of Longparish is Canon Martin Coppen. Longparish is part of a united benefice of 4 parishes. The other parishes in the benefice are Hurstbourne Priors, St. Mary Bourne and Woodcott. Martin is also the Vicar of those parishes. He lives in the Vicarage at St. Mary Bourne.

Revd Terry Hemming lives in St Nicholas House, Longparish (previously The Rectory) and works as a part- time Assistant Priest to the Benefice, usually Mondays and Wednesdays plus Sundays.

In addition, Revd. Dodie Marsden (ordained in 2003) is a part-time non-stipendiary Assistant Priest to the benefice, working two days a week plus Sundays, from her home in St. Mary Bourne.
