Longparish Community Hall

There is a minimum charge of £20 for any hiring.
We offer a discounted rate for local users. These are people living in Longparish, members of Longparish Community Association, school and playgroup parents, staff and governors.
The £100 deposit for the hall and Ellicock room may be increased at the discretion of the management committee. The deposit cheque must be a separate one which will not be cashed unless deemed necessary by the management committee.
The main school kitchen is only available for hire with the hall.
The special wedding package includes the hall, both kitchens and the Ellicock room for Friday 6pm – 10pm, Saturday 9am – midnight and Sunday 9am – midday.
Payment must be made in advance by cash or by cheque payable to Hampshire County Council.
A 10% discount is available for regular weekly bookings.
Hall charges include use of the patio area outside the sliding hall doors, Gopak tables, chairs, crockery, cutlery, glasses, heating.
