Treasurer's Report
Little spent since last time, c.£100.
Application to Countryside Agency for interim money was rejected. Although the Agency is closing at the end of March, the Plan needn't be completed by then as long as we send in a quote for how much we have spent.
Printing costs
Fiona has contacted someone with graphic design experience c.£1600 for the graphic design, c. £2,200 printing costs for a colour cover with 2 colour interior to £2,900 for 500 copies. Total costs in the region of £3,700 to £4,000 for full colour.
Fiona to obtain a formal quote, Cheryl to obtain 2 further printing quotes based on the following:
4 page cover A4 250g gloss finish
Full colour
36 inner pages 135g paper weight
Parish Council will need to approve before printing – a mock up will be supplied.
Defra – useful, very constructive see Fiona's e-mail for further details. Awards for All are keen on funding youth work.
Housing
Again very supportive SERA –allocation of houses in each area have two proposals 1. build more in concentrated areas, 2. spread around the area. Proposals for all parishes in Test Valley and would organise any housing questionnaires.

Ongoing
Document has been produced and approved by the school governors. A new pavement from the village hall to school will be handled by the Highways Authority and is likely to be in the coming years budget.
Need to include something on the cemetery. The Parish Council intends to update the paths in the cemetery this year. David read out a draft statement regarding Acre Stores, Pat and Ann have given their approval.
Exhibition
About 20 people attended and the general view was positive and supportive
Fiona's key proposals were presented and minor amendments made. Fiona will redraft to go in Hill and Valley
Key proposals in: Hill and Valley, notice boards, shop, pubs plus presentation to Parish Council at next meeting.
Provisional draft to Parish Council on April 11 th with adoption at Annual Parish Meeting. Drafts will be made available to anyone who wishes to see them, also on website.
Editing and finalising
Most material is in. Fiona will pull into editorial format, which can then be checked:
