4. Further consultation since last meeting
Landowners:
Most of village landowners have been contacted and information gathered.
Testway Housing – contact made with them and they have supplied some policies and details of North Acre housing stock.
Army – no response yet. Try to contact via Dreweatt Neate.
Harewood Industrial Estate – still to be contacted.
ACTION: MJD and JB to continue to make contact with remaining landowners.
5. Questionnaire results
Fiona provided hard copies of the Basic Facts collation of the Questionnaire responses. The meeting went through the initial analysis of the questionnaires in order to draw conclusions and consider what other analyses should be carried out. Some of which are shown below.

Better opportunity for young people to influence what happens in the village.
More organised activities for children (e.g. a youth club)

Safety concerns – when I am on foot
Significant danger spots
Other dangerous areas

Look into this topic but a due to low numbers it may be a lower priority.
Q7. Communication
Would you be interested in having internet access in the village that you could use?

Setting up a community association.

(Quality of Life etc. )
It was felt some responses would benefit from being analysed into sub-populations. It was agreed that the sub-groups should be reconvened with the intention of finding ways to review certain topics:
The following Work Groups would be convened, led by:
Housing – Mike Johnson, with Jeremy Barber
Road Safety – Catherine Sweet
Social , Sport & Leisure – Fiona Gould
Open Space – David Wright
Volunteer team members will be needed to support the leaders.
Next meeting should define what further analysis is needed, who will participate in the groups (drawing in people with particular expertise where possible), in order to produce proposals by Steering Group by end October.
Hill & Valley summary to be prepared for October edition (deadline 20 September). ACTION: FG
